Eucalyptus helps promote feelings of clear breathing and a clear mind. Add a few drops to your diffuser to help purify the air, or add a few drops to your shower to invigorate your senses. Not to be used directly on your skin. If using topically, mix 1 drop to 10mL of carrier oil (like coconut oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil) before applying to skin or add 1 drop to your facial cleanser to added purification.
