Lavender Essential Oil (5mL)

Known for it's soothing properties lavender essential oil treats a variety of skin irritations and promotes relaxation. To enjoy the calming effects of lavender oil, simply add a few drops to your diffuser, or add a 2-3 drops to your bed linens or the bottoms of your feet before bedtime. If using topically, mix 1 drop to 10mL of carrier oil (like coconut oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil) before applying to your skin.
